Real Estate Video Production Requires Years Of Experience To Generate Quality
Real estate video production is something we have done an enormous amount of here at Sly Dog Production. In fact, we have created over 500 real estate videos in the past decade, most of these being million dollar-plus homes and ranches.
What is the secret to our success with real estate video production? Experience. We started fling drone half a decade before 99% of the pilots who exist today because we had pilot's licenses, which were required to fly commercially before three years ago.
We started in 2012 filming university campuses for the California State University system.
The other key to the quality of our real estate video production is the quality of our equipment. We use higher-end production based Super 35MM cameras, as opposed to DSLR cameras, and we use larger drones with bigger cameras that get better images.
"We bring six figures worth of gear to the table including camera cranes, sliders, lighting, multiple cameras, multiple drones, focus pullers and a truck load of gear", says Squire. He adds, "Most people in this industry show up with a DSLR camera, a tripod and a hobby drone, good luck with that".

"We also make videos that use narration so we appeal to both visual and auditory senses", says Squire. He adds, "Making a real estate video production without voice narration, or interviews, completely misses the opportunity to appeal to more than one of the senses".
