Russ Squire, Owner Sly Dog Production

Russ Squire has done some work with ESPN, OLN, Dick Barrymore Productions . Rusty has worked for the California State University system, Three Point Media, the Scripps Oceanographic Institute, ReMax, Berkshire Hathaway, Christie’s International, Century College, University of Minnesota Moorhead, University of San Diego, Cal State Fresno, Soka University andon various documentaries including with GmBH Metafilm.

Rusty films with the DJI Inspire 1 Professional, DJI Osmo with Zenmuse X5 camera, Sony a7sii, Ronin-MX gimbal is well versed in lighting and still photography and edits with CyberlinkPowerDirector 14, Color Director 14, Photo Director 14 and Audio Director 14. Rusty also works in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Squire has hundreds of hours piloting drones for filming and still photography and is one of a small handful of pilots in the northern Rockies that holds the FAA 333 exemption for commercial filming and photography. Squire is also an accomplished still photographer and shoots weddings, real estate, developments, wildlife and outdoor adventure. Having spent hundreds of hours filming with professional production companies like ESPN and OLN Squire has a unique ability to capture the essence of his topics in a uniquely fresh perspective.


Robert Marquiss, Head of 3D Mapping Services

FAA Part 107 Drone License #3922576

Bob Marquiss grew up on a three generational ranch in Wyoming and held a private pilot’s license. Over the course of his career Bob has worked in mining, ranching, home building, insurance and as a grandfather has strong family values.

Bob films with the DJi Phantom 4 Professional with anti-collision systems and with the DJI Osmo. Bob edits film and does production cutting.


Chris Carron

FAA Part 107 completed, license # pending

Chris is from Sydney, Maine and is working on his Master’s Degree in Plant and Soils at Montana State University. Russ Squire actually grew up on the same street in Waterville, Maine with Chris’ Dad Keith Carron. Chris will work with Russ through the summer of 2017 filming real estate and video projects, along with editing. Chris is also exploring creating an Agricultural Division for Sly Dog and offering crop analysis services to farms and ranches using near infrared and NDVI mapping technologies.


Justin Scholar, Visual Effects Expert

Graduate NYU Tisch School of Film

Justin Scholar is a graduate of the New York University film program, one of the most renowned programs in the world. This talent runs in the family as Justin’s Dad also works in the film industry.

We are extremely fortunate to have the ability for now, until Hollywood or New York take him away, to offer up Justin’s training and talent on projects.

Justin is an exceptional visual effects talent and is also well trained in a broad array of skills related to production.

Justin is available to subcontract on projects depending upon availability.
